Removal of Naval Senior Leadership due to a loss of confidence in their ability to lead by the Enlisted Community

This petition is to remove current Naval Senior Leadership from office for a lack of leadership ability which hereto demonstrates a enlisted quorum in which due to a loss of confidence in there ability to command. When a Navy officer fails to meet these high standards and enlisted members and the public lose confidence in their ability to lead, senior Navy Leadership should be relieved of duty. We recommend that the following personnel are relieved from duty: SECNAV Ray Mabus, CNO Admiral John M. Richardson, MCPON Michael D. Stevens, Chief of Naval Personnel Vice Admiral Robert Burke and Vice Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Bill Moran. These personnel failed to show leadership traits with recent actions in regards to Billet Based Distribution and job ratings elimination.
