SBR's (Short barreled Rifles or Shotguns) prove to be an extremely effective, safe, and great tool for both training and defense. The current guidelines put in place are unclear, unnecessary, unsafe, and unconstitutional in both statute and enforcement.
Suppressors (silencers) prove to be a common curtesy to others and to the user when shooting. The very notion that items such as these are placed on a list under tight regulation is unconstitutional and they should be removed.
