We would like to abolish forever the following states for having their Un-American citizens petition the federal government for Secession :
Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Tennessee and Texas.
These third world citizens are no longer wanted or need in the glorious nation of the United States.
May Russia, China, or Iran foster them in their endevours.
