Seventh District Juvenile Court Judge Scott Johansen of Utah has violated his oath by superseding the law with his own personal beliefs. Judges should be impartial to any case that may come across in the courtroom, and shall not infringe on the rights of the people by unfair or unjust punishment. Judge Scott Johansen has violated his oath under "28 U.S. Code § 453 - Oaths of justices and judges" by involving his personal and impractical beliefs in an affair prosecution to separate a child from its parent for unjust and prejudice reasons. Judge Scott Johansen has also interjected his religious belief in the court which violates separation of church and state. We the people hereby request for his resignation from the bench, or to be removed and dismissed as a judge via permanently.
