Remove the 10% penalty for early withdraw from our 401k/IRA's during this recession and make it retroactive last 4 yrs.

This is financial relief from the penalty for taking out monies from my IRA due to financial hardship. In this time of economic hardship charging a 10% penalty to people that are already suffering from the greatest financial disaster since the depression isn't right or fair.
