Remove the 10% tan tax placed on tanning salons and fitness facilities to pay for Obamacare. It borders on racism.

This tax is unfair and borders on racism. It does not raise nearly the revenue over the next 10 years that is expected to help pay for the Affordable Healthcare Act and "Obamacare". It was added to the Healthcare Reform Bill without much public knowledge and is "swept under the carpet" by the media. Obesity is a far greater problem in this country...yet no "fast food" tax has been imposed, which would affect all races of people, not just one race, which should be unconstitutional. Small businesses are already taxed to death. Enough is enough.
