On his September 2011 US tour, Bertke was arrested and taken into custody for three weeks due to the lack of a proper work visa. He is now prohibited from re-entering the United States for 10 years. The Agency Group failed to provide him with the proper travel documents which ultimately led to the ban. We petition that the ban be lifted and Bertke given a second chance for entry into the USA.
