Remove the 15 college credit hour's required to enlist in active duty for people who have a GED.

To enlist in United States armed forced you currently need to have a high school diploma. If you have a GED you need to obtain 15 college credit hours to enlist. Americans should be able to enlist with high school diploma or a GED, without needing college credits.
