Remove the ability to offer savings for paperless billing and payments. It is killing the United States Post Office.

Companies have been offering small discounts for paperless billing and online, automatic, or paperless payments. This is killing our Post Offices and therefore removing more jobs in America all so large companies and banks can save on their own postage and labor which also reduces jobs in America. Smaller Post Offices are closing down or reducing hours of operation. Rural areas depend on their local Post Offices not only for the convenience of having one within a miles of their homes but for providing jobs and job security for our rural areas which have been diminishing more and more.
I move that companies not be able to give that discount but treat it as just another way to make their payments. Therefore removing the threat of losing more jobs and Post Offices in America.
