Remove the ability for the president to enact any executive order that violates the Constitution of the United States.

Created by J.D. on December 17, 2012

The ability of the president to create executive orders is misused. Many executive orders violate the public trust, allowances and constitutional law. This petition is to remove dictatorial powers from the office of the president by proxy of executive order that would be contrary to constitutional law. This petition will limit the misuse of executive orders so as to not upset previous constitutional law and the public liberties it protects. In addition, this petition allows the public to investigate previous executive orders to determine if they violate our constitution or the public trust; and then to present the appropriate government body with the findings for a redress of grievances.
