Remove the ability of the United States Congress to set its own salary. Set their salary to the Federal minimum wage.

Congress should not be allowed to vote upon pay increases for Congress at the expense of tax payers. Voters should be allowed to vote on any and all pay increases for Congress when they are voting for members of Congress. Congress should have their salaries decreased to the Federal minimum wage and be paid on an hourly basis.
