Recent incidents, such as the case of Sammy Nikolayev, have shown that these institutions have abused the power granted them by states to respond to incidents of parental neglect.
These institutions, and associatively the state enforcement agencies and judical angencies, have neglected our constitutional rights. They no longer feel required to treat parents as 'innocent until proven guilty' and feel no need to shoulder the burden of proof in cases where neglect or imminent danger is reported.
As you can see in the above mentioned example, both CPS and their enforcement agency - the Sacremento police - neglected these rights we hold as citizens and abused the power of their position.
