Russian Emergency Situations Ministry and FEMA have came to an agreement that Russian officials will provide “security at mass events” in the United States.
Its against the Posse Comitatus Act for On duty military to be on our streets or public events. There is no need for Russian military to be on US soil to provide security for our events. That should only be only for Local law enforcement, FBI, CIA, etc. NO MILITARY!!!!!
