Secretary of State John Kerry has declared Air Conditioning to be a greater threat than ISIS or terrorism. In order to keep our government running, we must remove air conditioning to prevent it from succeeding where terrorists have so far failed. Every single air conditioner should be removed from all federal government buildings and offices as soon as possible. This will obviously take time, so the units should be switched off at their main electrical breaker in the interim.
