Middle District of Alabama Federal Judge Mark Fuller was arrested for beating his wife in an Atlanta hotel room. The two allegedly got into an argument over an affair Fuller was having with a law clerk. Fuller then physically assaulted his wife. He was allowed to enter pretrial diversion and will likely have the violent incident completely expunged from his record. Mark Fuller does not belong on the federal bench.
