Remove Alabama's claim on the 1964 College football National Championship.

Created by S.D. on October 11, 2014

After the 1964 college football season 2 teams claimed to be national champions: the undefeated Arkansas Razorbacks and the 10-1 Alabama Crimson Tide. Alabama lost their bowl game to the Texas Longhorns, a team Arkansas beat 14-13. Alabama is able to claim the championship because the Associated Press' final poll was released after the final regular season game. At the time the Associated Press released their final poll after the regular season ended crowning the Crimson Tide, but because Alabama lost their bowl game they shouldn't be allowed to claim the 1964 championship.
