Remove all arrests from FBI background records checks.

Many people have been arrested, with a criminal complaint against them eventually being dropped due to lack of evidence. These arrests should not be shown on a background check to employers as this is used as an excuse for not hiring. Only convictions should be shown to potential employers. Due process has prevailed with many cases being dropped. It is not fair to have an arrest hang over one's life. The damage is done with people not being able to find work in their chosen profession due to an arrest due to certain background checks. People have to accept lessor work and even live in poverty due to this process. It is unfair and should be stopped.
