remove all of the "career politicians" from office and replace them with average people, and limit them to 2 terms

we would like to remove all career politicians from their offices and replace them with average people, working people who know what its like being working class. we would also like to limit the newly elected officials term to two 4 year terms. we feel this will begin to reshape our country into a more sensible government that could reshape our policies and our economy.
