remove all control the Church has once a child abuse case is reported on a Priest or anyone else within the church.

Created by C.G. on February 12, 2012

As a tax-exempt entity within the United States, any religious organization should have to follow all steps as would any other organization within the confines of the United States legal system, specifically when dealing with child molestation issues. All accused persons within the church would have to go through the legal system and once convicted, follow all Federal and State guidelines; such as registering as a sex offender, not living within designated areas as appointed by each state, or any other federal or state restrictions. Any person(s) convicted of a child molestation charge should not be allowed to be transferred to another church locality in another city or state without having to go through the sex offender registration process in that location.
