Remove all current bans on small arms on a federal level, as they are unconstitutional.

Eliminate all federal firearm bans, as they restrict the people of United States and her territories on an unconstitutional level. The people of America have an unalienable right to bear arms and to have a well regulated militia both rights outlined by the 2nd amendment, these rights are infringed upon by outlawing firearms of ANY kind. Please consider that by outlawing our right to defend ourselves, you create a populace scared of armed criminal and enemies of the state, i.e. ISIS or Al Qaeda.
