Remove all federal restrictions from the buying, selling, and trading of all weapons and ammunition.

The Federal Government is overstepping its bounds by passing any laws on weaponry. The Second Amendment was written to have to government balanced by the people's ability to overthrow it if deemed necessary by the people. The Federal Government needs to step back and realize this is also a danger to the people. The Japanese were afraid to invade because of the civilian use of firearms, so they do make America stronger. Any law that is passed will cripple the natural defense our nation has for itself. ALL FEDERAL ARMS RESTRICTIONS SHOULD BE REMOVED. Let the states pass what they deem needed for their area as was said in the constitution that all rights not specifically granted to the federal government are for the states and the people.
