Remove all federal tax dollars out of districts represented by the tea party.

Remove every federal dollar spent in a district represented by the tea party. Allow the citizens of the district to pay a set flat tax. In return, all federal buildings, bases, prisons and contracts will be removed from the district. A citizen of the district will be allowed to opt out of social security. All schools in the district will lose federal funding. The district will also be ineligible for fema funds and highway money.
