Remove all monetary aid sent to South Korea until South Korea ends their aid to North Korea.

South Korea sends humanitarian aid to North Korea. This empowers North Korea to spend their money elsewhere. Since North Korea does not have have this burden the North Korean government can use its money in other ways. The North Korean government chooses to spend its money on removing civil liberties and pursuing nuclear weapons. This is unacceptable.
Therefore we believe that no aid should be sent to South Korea unless they stop financially supporting North Korea.
