Remove all the people who signed the petitioned and who take part with the 15 States that want to withdrawal from the United States of America. Stop all States and Federal funding to the 15 States and any other states that petitioned the Obama Administration for withdrawal from the United States of America in order to create its own government. Use the funds toward the other states that believe in the United States of America and our Leader President Obama.
