We ask that the Obama administration remove any and all petitions from this site that call for an investigation of Rush Limbaugh or any other private citizen by the FCC or any other governmental body. The aforementioned petition(s) are frivolous, clearly retributive, and acting upon them would be a clear violation of the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America. We also ask that the President of the United States, currently Barack Obama, refrain from using his/her platform to denigrate or "call out" private citizens using the platform which he/she has been granted by the will of the people, and thereby staining the dignity of the office of President.
