Remove all potentially discriminatory data on all job applications allowing the best candidate to be considered.

We request a law to be passed requiring all job applications to remove any information that may be potentially discriminating in the job application process. We request that name, age, sex, race/ethnicity, address, marital status, and disability status be removed from all job applications. This will prevent any form of hiring discrimination from taking place and allow for the best candidate based upon credentials to be considered.
