All of the references, opinions, and most importantly video of, Miley Cyrus twerking at the VMA's is destroying the integrity of the Internet. The Internet used to be a place where freedom reigned. Where people went to use email, to watch tv shows (hulu), to network socially, and yes, to watch porn.
But the grand tradition of the Internet, that it has standards and integrity, has been threatened by all of the pictures, tweets, commentary, news stories, and of course videos, has begun to erode that fine tradition. We must stop it now, lest we lose everything that was once good and pure about the Internet.
And please, don't say "It's the Internet, it's there for good. You have the NSA, and now we all know that removing this would be like candy for a baby.
