True social equality cannot be achieved if we continue to call for race and/or ethnicity entries on all federal, public and private employment applications and applications for student enrollment to public and private educational institutions.
Therefore, I call for complete removal of race/ethnicity entries or checkboxes on employment applications, enrollment applications, loan applications and any other application or form that is or has the perception of being bias, pre-judgmental, discriminatory or shows partiality towards any one race or ethnicity.
