Remove all Representatives from service who vote in favor of passing a law which is deemed unconstitutional.

Created by B.S. on January 02, 2013

We, the People, demand a new Amendment be ratified to help ensure the oath taken by all elected members to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.
As of now, there is no method to punish those Representatives that vote in favor of unconstitutional laws. This Amendment would force our elected Congressman to consider the implications of any bill, as well as encourage them to read the bill in its entirety. We, the People, believe this is a critical safeguard to preserving our Constitution.
This Amendment would call for the immediate removal from office for any elected Representative, including the President, who votes in favor of a law which is deemed unconstitutional.
