Dear Mr. President,
With great appreciation and respect to Mr. Jon Stewart for bringing this situation to light, we the people request that something be done to overturn the Tiahrt Amendment, imposed by Tood Tiahrt (R-KS) which restricts the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) from enforcing gun laws that already exist in the United States.

I ask both pro-gun and anti-gun folks to sign this petition. Let's cut the bindings that have tied the hands of the ATF for so long and let them do their job.
