The second ammendment of the United States Constitution states the following;
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
The Supreme Court has reaffirmed that the 2nd Amendment guarantees an individual the right to possess guns in the home for self defense. Our government whether federal or local require some sort of "gun control" over the people, whether a license is required or whether or not the firearm can be conceald. It is illegal to own a fully automatic firearm unless you purchase a government tax stamp for $200, and then the government has the right to do a search of your premesis to look for other "illegal" weapons and to ensure that you still have posession of the firearm.
