All employees of the US Government, regardless of title, will receive the same healthcare benefits. This includes Congress/Senate/Supreme Court/etc. All civilian employees will make the same choices from the same "batch" of policies available, including PPOs and HMOs. This also includes any changes mandated by Nationwide healthcare laws.
