Remove all troops from Afghanistan and resolve to cut defense spending in half (still 4x more than China).

We currently have around 94,000 troops in Afghanistan. We currently spend 5x more money than any other country in the world on defense, and we almost spend more than all other countries combined. It is time for this black hole of life and money be contained.
