All gun laws and restrictions are unconstitutional. We have the right to own weapons to overthrow our government if the government becomes tyrannical. During the time when the 2nd amendment was ratified the state-of-the-art military rifle was the flintlocks, now its assault rifles. We have our constitutional right to defend our freedoms.
