Signs shall be posted on each street corner. All security agencies will be banned from possessing, using or carrying weapons within the boundaries of Washington D.C. - The agencies shall include all federal, state and district police and law enforcement agencies. All military personnel shall be banned fron securing any civilian buildings, agencies or locatiions within the boundaries of Washington D.C. Any ban on the second amendment shall start and be tested in Washington D.C.
