Seclusion rooms need to be banned as they are in clear violation of Federal Law with regarding Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)
Seclusion Rooms, Isolation Chambers, and any other room that is used for secluding and restricting a child is abusive and the use there of must end.
