Andrew Jackson should definitely be removed from the $20. Since he was the man who ordered the Indian Removal Act of 1830, defying the Supreme Court, he is no "American Hero". The decision resulted in the deaths of 4,000 Native Americans and he forcibly removed them from their homelands. Though Cherokee allies during the War of 1812 saved his life and command, he was still entirely willing to send them down a road that led them to death and suffering.
