Remove Andrew Jackson From The $20 Bill

Created by J.R. on February 07, 2015

When I learned in my history class about the corruption and genocide and corruption of Andrew Jackson, I was shocked and ashamed that he was on our 20 dollar bill. Andrew Jackson should not be put on our currency because he was a corrupt racist who broke treaties and defied the Supreme Court. I think that our currency can reflect a better person, as it does with George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. Someone who fought for equal rights and life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness should be on our money.
