We, the signers of this petition do hereby request that ANY and ALL links between Healthcare Legislation / Regulations / Executive Orders and Gun Ownership / Possession / Access by Law Abiding Citizens of these United States, be severed.
We further state that, should ANY healthcare worker mention any firearms in any way or under any circumstances, we will respond with the following statement:
"I do not recognize nor acknowledge President Obama's authority to require that information be included in my medical records and will NOT respond with either an affirmative nor negative answer, regardless of whether I have access to any firearms or not.
We will NOT allow the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) to be used as a back door into who owns guns or not, a clear violation of our civil rights.
