Remove any exemption from American workers to receive overtime compensation for working over the standard 40 hour week

Created by M.B. on September 04, 2012

Salaried Americans are exempt from recieving any overtime compensation if they are a direct supervisor of hourly employees.

This is wrong on every level and corporations tax entry level managers, requiring them to work over 60 hours a week and they are not compensated for the additional time over 40. Meanwhile corporations still record profits and most of them are record profits.

American Labor Laws protect every employee, except for this group. It is not right and should be changed immediately.
