for years the USDA has been headed by big money and big food interests, these are the people who are directly responsible for writing any regulations of the food Industry. These industry insiders have shown to promote their money interests first the not us, USDA is meant to promote good agricultural practice while at the same time overseeing food safety. Not protect big Ag and destroy local farms.
