To remove the archaic electoral college and initiate the popular vote for president of the united states.

Running a modern election on the rules and conventions of a roughly 200 year old law is not germane to the issue of a person receiving a majority of the votes and still losing the election...Majority rules should be the outcome of any election.. we need to move our voting laws into the 21st century. Operating an election in 2016 should not be subject to the Nations condition 200 years ago..It's not the same America. nor the same problems...we need to update this law..
