I advocate to remove this article "Absence of one or both testicles, congenital (752.89) or undescended (752.51)" as stated in DoD Instruction pg.26. Under the stated conditions any potential recruit is instantly disqualified from entering into service in any military branch. This is based off an assumption that Cancerous tumors (or Testosterone deficiency) may occur farther along in the recruits life, however many instances of these conditions occur early-on in life and can be diagnosed and treated. Any potential issues may be identified during a recruits extensive medical examination. Disqualifying recruits who are healthy and capable without investigation into an individuals medical condition is abhorrent and disgraceful. Please vote to allow our capable citizens to enter into service.
