Remove the article of the Patriot Act designating that the Executive Director of the ATF be approved by congress.

The office of the executive director of the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has been held by an interim for far too long.Either (a),suspend the verbiage in the Patriot Act requiring that the Executive Director of the ATF be approved by Congress. Or (b) return the appointment process of the position of Executive Director of the ATF to Post Patriot Act standards.
