The U.S. military decommissions rifles by torch cutting the receivers and selling them as scrap.These rifles were bought by enthusiasts as military memorabilia or to make non functioning dummy display guns. These guns are valuable as collectibles in their own right. ATF reclassified these decommissioned rifles to be illegal machine guns, and the owners are now facing prosecution and up to 10 years in prison for illegal possession of a machinegun. ATF should explain why it turned law abiding gun enthusiasts into criminals for no good reason and why ATF never bothered to tell anyone about it. If the ATF wants our guns, ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ.ATF will not take our guns. Instead we will take the resignation of the ATF director.
