Our current Attorney General Eric Holder has shown a blatant disregard for 1st Amendment with his agencies secretly taking phone records from the Associated Press. He has shown no remorse for his agencies role, or accepted any responsibility for his or the Department of Justices role in this most recent debacle let alone the numerous questionable practices his leadership has overseen. He has, at an unprecedented level, those who have leaked government information which further demonstrates a disregard for the truth that the American people deserve. The transparency of government has decayed under his watch, as evident by his dismissals of liability. A free press means a free people. We cannot allow this to continue. Where will the line be drawn as to constitutionally guaranteed freedoms?
