Remove Attorney General Irvin B. Nathan from office for failure to enforce the law

Created by N.H. on January 12, 2013

We the people demand the removal of Attorney General Irvin B. Nathan from office for failure to enforce the law. District of Columbia law clearly states that it is illegal to posses a "High Capacity Magazine" and that no magazine may be capable of containing more than 10 rounds. David Gregory of NBC clearly held up a magazine capable of holding 30 rounds on national television on 12-23-12. The office of the Attorney General has decided not to press charges for the sheer fact the Mr. Gregory has no criminal record and that here a prosecution would not promote public safety in the District of Columbia nor serve the best interests of the people of the District to whom this office owes its trust. It is our opinion that this is a dereliction of duty and Irvin Nathan is not fit to serve
