My EB3 Greencard petition is pending since 2005 November. The priority date is moving 1 week for every calender month. This way I will get my greencard in 12-16 years and I have waited already 7 years. This is not fair. Please remove the backlog in employment based green card process.
Our President can resolve this with an executive order, which is not new to this process, which will remove so much of pain to myself, my family and so many other families waiting in line patiently.
I have a daughter, who is a junior in the college who is aspiring to become a doctor and her dream will be shattered if I don't get the greencard immediately.
I came to this country and did Masters and working hard everyday with a dream. Please make this dream come true by removing the backlog. Thanks
