Kinder Eggs are a thing of childhood. If sold correctly, they should be safe for all to eat. Since 1938, things like this have been illegal in the US. But, I believe that this should be lifted. If a food says "Surprise inside" or "_____ inside" you should use the common sense to not shove the whole thing down your mouth to the point that you choke. All it takes is a little bit of common sense. Let's keep Kinder Surprise Eggs alive! Their legacy will never die, and neither should the sentiment. I love Kinder Eggs, and I know many other people who do, too. I think this should be enacted right away.
