Remove the ban on Kinder Suprise eggs

For those who don't know, these are very tasty chocolate eggs that contain a toy inside and are popular all over the world, except here. This is because of a FDA policy that forbids trinkets & toys inside food. This is despite the fact that the design of the egg makes it very hard to choke on and that it is plastered with warnings that it is not for small kids. Meanwhile customs has been very overreactive with people who bring them in, in that they are fined 2000 dollars for bringing just ONE in! This is absurd and needs to stop! End Kinder egg prohibition today!
